Kimberly McDonald

Kimberly McDonald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and technology management. Currently serving as a Board Member at Groundworks since June 2022, Kimberly previously held the positions of Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Technology Officer, where responsibilities included collaborating with the Executive Team to develop business strategies and overseeing technology and training divisions. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operations Officer at KBH Business Management Systems, Technology and Marketing Entrepreneur at rePete Technologies, and Vice President of Marketing and Technology at TNTResorts. Kimberly holds a degree from William & Mary, completed in 2001.
