Luedtke spent over two decades at TruGreen LawnCare, starting as a Sales Representative and rising to General Manager, earning accolades such as Commercial Accounts Manager of the Year for the Chicago Region in 2008. Known for a strong commitment to customer experience and operational excellence, Luedtke has a background in marketing, holding an Associate's Degree in Marketing from Moraine Park Technical College.
