Ryan Kane

Ryan Kane, CMA, is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of FP&A at Groundworks since September 2025, Kane previously held leadership roles at GXO Logistics, Inc. and XPO Logistics, Inc. with a strong focus on finance management. Notably, during a 17-year tenure at ABB, Kane contributed to various positions including US Chief Financial Officer ad interim and Director of US Financial Planning and Analysis, where responsibilities included establishing a standard forecasting process for a substantial entity with approximately $7.5 billion in annual revenue. Kane's educational background includes a BA in Accounting from Washington & Jefferson College, an MBA from Union University, and participation in distinguished programs at The Wharton School and IMD.
