Krishnan (Kris) R. currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at G42, a role held since February 2025. Prior to this position, Kris dedicated over two decades to Microsoft, where roles included Principal Group Program Manager for the Azure AI Platform, leading a 20-member team to enhance customer experience and drive growth, as well as directing the Azure Cognitive Services Strategy and Commercialization team. Kris also managed product operations in various divisions such as Office 365 and Bing. Early career experiences include positions at AT&T Wireless as Development Manager/System Architect, and earlier roles in software engineering and project management across different firms. Kris holds multiple degrees including an MSc(Tech) in Engineering Technology and dual MBAs in Financial Management and Project Management from City University of Seattle, along with additional certifications in Project Management and SCRUM.
