Lubomir Mitev

Lubomir Mitev is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the External Communications Senior Manager at G42 since August 2025. Previously, Lubomir held the position of Strategic Communications Senior Manager at Expo City Dubai from July 2023 to June 2025, where strategic communication initiatives were developed to enhance the city's global reputation. Prior experience includes a role as Strategic Communications Specialist at the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation from May 2016 to July 2023, where public perception of nuclear energy was positively transformed. Lubomir has also contributed to the International Youth Nuclear Congress as a Communications Officer, and worked as Communications Manager at the European Atomic Forum, along with serving as a journalist for both NucNet and in freelance journalism. Lubomir holds multiple master's degrees from KU Leuven in European Politics and Policies, Educational Science, and European Studies, as well as a bachelor's degree in Philosophy.
