Jihad Joseph Bsaibes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the contracting industry. Currently serving as a Board Member and CEO at Group AMANA since February 2000, Jihad has led the organization’s contracting operations and overseen significant restructuring efforts in KSA and UAE. Jihad's career at Group AMANA progressed from Sales Engineer/Manager to General Manager, and eventually to Director of Business Development, showcasing a strong ability to drive revenue and manage operations. Before joining Group AMANA, Jihad worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Kimberly-Clark, focusing on machine optimization and product improvement. Jihad holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
