Currently serving as HR Manager at Group AMANA since September 2018, Ruben has demonstrated strong relationship-building skills and adaptability in dynamic environments. Prior to this role, Ruben held the position of HR Manager at Global Green Bridge from November 2009 to September 2018, showcasing accountability and knowledge of UAE Labour Law while implementing HR policies.
