The Group Coaching Institute is a coaching school certified by the International Coaching Federation, that teaches individual, group, and team coaching. We integrate the 8 International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies into the process that leads to:

- Promoting inclusion and respect for diversity
- Fostering cooperation and trust by breaking silos among services
- Generating cultural change over time
- Improving the onboarding process for employees

We offer two programs:
- Individual and Group Coaching certification. At the end of the training, you will get the ACC Level 1 certification from the International Coaching Federation
- Team and Group Coaching certification. In the end, you will receive an official certificate granting you 30 CCEs from the International Coaching Federation
