Randy Bixler

Randy Bixler is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles within the engineering sector. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Dekko since May 2022, Randy has previously held multiple positions at Group Dekko from June 1997 to May 2022, including Inside Sales Engineer, Product Manager, Advanced Development Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Engineering & Quality Manager. Earlier experience includes a role as Design Engineer at Navistar Inc from 1992 to 1997, Engineering Manager at Pent Products - Steelcase Division from 1988 to 1992, and Product Designer at South Bend Controls from 1983 to 1988, where Randy specialized in designing high pressure hydraulic control and fuel valves for aerospace and military applications, as well as directing the implementation of CAD technology. Randy holds a degree from Purdue University and has continued education at Purdue University Fort Wayne.
