Kimberley Chafe has a strong background in the hospitality industry, with experience as a Food & Beverage Manager at Alt Hotel Halifax Airport. Prior to this, Kimberley worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, a Sous Chef at Rosewood Hotel Group, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, and Fairmont Southampton. Kimberley obtained their education from the Culinary Institute of Canada.
