Sophie Blais

Sophie Blais is an experienced professional in the hospitality and construction industries, currently serving as the Meetings and Banquet Manager at Germain Hôtels since February 2022. Prior to this role, Sophie held various positions at Rocket Bakery & Fresh Food from May 2015 to February 2022, including Operations Manager and Catering Coordinator. Earlier experience includes serving as Catering Manager at Fine Food Factory from August 2013 to March 2015 and holding the titles of Director of Construction and Construction Manager at Ecosystem Energy Services Inc. from April 2005 to September 2012. Sophie Blais earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal from 2000 to 2004 and completed further education at George Brown College from 2009 to 2012.
