Lil Silvano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They most recently served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Group Health Centre since November 2022. Prior to this, Lil worked as a Sessional Instructor at Algoma University from January 2017 to December 2022. They also held various roles at Sault Area Hospital, including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from September 2018 to November 2022, Director of Critcal Care and Cardiac Services from an unknown start date to September 2018, and Finance Director from May 2013 to an unknown end date. Additionally, Lil has prior experience at OLG, where they held several positions, including Director of Gaming Financial Planning & Analysis, Manager of Strategic Planning and Category Management, Manager of Gaming Financial Planning and Analysis, and Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Planning and Analysis.
Lil Silvano obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Algoma University in the period of 1992-1996. Later, in 1998, Lil Silvano pursued a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, specializing in Accounting and Finance.
