Christina Chalmouki

Christina Chalmouki currently works as a Business Improvement Specialist in the Voice of the Customer (VoC) team at Group Lotus, focusing on transforming customer feedback into actionable insights to enhance engineering, quality, and decision-making processes. Alongside this role, Christina is completing a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship with Multiverse, where practical skills in Python, machine learning, and data visualization are being developed. Prior experience includes co-founding the startup Inspithread, serving as a Senior Data & Insight Executive at Archant, undertaking roles in data and sales at KPMG UK and Archant, and assisting with event coordination for the Greek Swimming Federation. Christina holds a Master's degree in Luxury Goods Management and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and has completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.
