Damian O'Flynn

Damian O'Flynn is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Chief Technical Specialist in Chassis & Vehicle Dynamics and overseeing Product Strategy in Chassis Technology at Group Lotus since July 2022. Prior to this role, O'Flynn worked at Multimatic Inc. for over two decades, holding positions including Chief Engineer and Engineering Manager in both Development and Design, as well as Vehicle Dynamics Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineer. O'Flynn's career began with various design engineer roles across multiple companies while participating in the FKI Management Training Scheme, starting at Brush Electrical Machines in 1997 and culminating at Hawker Siddeley Switchgear Ltd. in 2000. O'Flynn holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from City St George’s, University of London, and a PhD in Engineering - Tribology from the University of Greenwich, where O'Flynn was also a Research Student from 1994 to 1997.
