Ian T.

Ian T. currently serves as the Head of Quality Engineering and the Head of Current Vehicle Quality at Group Lotus since July 2023. Previously, Ian held the position of Site Manager at Formaplex from January 2022 to June 2023 and worked as Operations Manager at Princess Yachts from February 2020 to December 2021, overseeing furniture production involving a large team. Prior to these roles, Ian was self-employed as a Technical Planning and Quality Manager from October 2019 to January 2020, emphasizing leadership in team development. Ian's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars from February 2002 to September 2019, assuming various managerial roles focused on production planning, quality management, and problem-solving. Early in Ian's career, a Senior Production Engineer position was held at Britax Wingard Limited / Schefenacker Vision Systems from May 1995 to January 2002. Ian holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Technology Management from the University of Portsmouth and Higher National and Ordinary National Certificates in Manufacturing Engineering from Highbury College of Technology.
