Jessie

Jessie Ma began their work experience in 2013 as an Integration Engineer at Ericsson. Jessie worked in this role until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Project Manager at HSBC Software Development Limited. In 2018, they transitioned to becoming an MSc Student at the University of East Anglia, where they stayed until 2019. Since 2019, Jessie has been working at Group Lotus, initially as a Business Process Analyst and has now progressed to the role of Lead Business Process Analyst.

Jessie Ma holds a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, which was obtained from the University of East Anglia in the years 2018-2019. Prior to that, Jessie earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications, completing the program from 2009 to 2013. Furthermore, Jessie Ma obtained the Nintex Automation Business Analyst - Expert certification from Nintex in November 2023.
