Mike Phillips

Mike Phillips has a strong work experience in the automotive industry. Mike is currently working as a Principal Engineer Vehicle Integration at Group Lotus since December 2023. Before that, they were a Lead Package Engineer at Group Lotus from April 2019 to January 2024. Prior to joining Group Lotus, Mike worked at Emerald Automotive as a Principal Engineer - Vehicle Integration from January 2015 to April 2019. Mike also has experience working as an Executive Engineer at Caterham Technology from November 2012 to January 2015. Mike started their career at Lotus Cars, where they held various roles including Principal Release Engineer from September 2010 to November 2012, Design Leader from May 2003 to September 2010, and Design Engineer from November 1998 to May 2003.

Mike Phillips earned a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical & Manufacture Engineering from Norwich City College of Further & Higher Education, from 1992 to 1995. Mike also obtained a certification in Cybersecurity Awareness Training from ESET North America in 2017.
