Shyam Pankhania

Shyam Pankhania is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in vehicle programming, diagnostics, and electrical systems. Currently serving as a Vehicle Programming & Diagnostics VCATS Engineer and Senior Body Electrical Systems Engineer at Group Lotus since November 2021, Shyam has previously held positions including System Validation Engineer at Cosworth, where responsibilities involved software testing for the Performance Data Recorder, and Test Engineer in the Vehicle Measurement Group at Millbrook Group, focusing on communication and project management.
