Simon Vaughan

Simon Vaughan is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as a New Model Senior Quality Engineer at Group Lotus since September 2021, where responsibilities include leading Root Cause Analysis and managing containment actions for quality issues. Prior to this role, Simon had a distinguished career with the Royal Air Force from December 1999 to September 2021, culminating in positions as Engineering Manager and Electrical Engineering Supervisor, alongside various roles as an Electrical Engineer. Simon's foundational training was completed at RAF St Athans between January 2000 and May 2001.
