William J. has a diverse work experience across various IT roles. William started their career as a Sales Administrator at Ben Burgess & Co. in 1994 and later moved into IT roles within the same company, including IT Network Administrator and John Deere & IT Systems Admin. & Support. In 2016, they became the Group IT Manager, overseeing the entire IT infrastructure for the company. After leaving Ben Burgess & Co., William worked at Breakwater IT as a Level 3 Service Desk Professional, where they handled IT infrastructure projects and provided support. William then joined Breckland Council as an Enterprise Support Officer, working on IT services and strategies. Currently, they are employed at Group Lotus as an IT Principal Infrastructure Engineer, following their previous roles as a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer and a Senior Server Engineer.
William J. attended Norwich School from 1987 to 1996 and Town Close House, Norwich from 1982 to 1987.
