Shalini Arvind

Shalini Arvind is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head HR for Group Meeran since February 2024. Prior to this role, Shalini led the HR team for Corporate Functions and Emerging Business verticals at Malabar Group from September 2022 to December 2023. Shalini has extensive experience in performance and rewards management as AGM at Business Partner for HR & Compliance from September 2020 to November 2022, and has also provided consultancy services at Aventus Partners, focusing on performance and change. Earlier career roles include Talent Engagement and Operations Manager at Jio, Head of HR at ThinkPalm Technologies, Human Resources Operations Manager at Reliance Retail, and various HR roles at Vanilla Networks, VKL Seasoning, and SFO Technologies. Shalini holds an MA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences and a B.Sc in Physics from St. Teresa's College.
