Mark Groos

Mark Groos is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background in the food industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Group of Butchers since October 2021, Mark previously held the position of Director of Operations at Koninklijke Euroma BV from June 2019 to September 2021. Prior roles include Directeur Operations at Intertaste for eight years and interim Directeur Operations at Maitre Paul. Mark's extensive career also features significant leadership roles at Campbell Soup Company, including Operations Director for Belgium & Netherlands and Site General Manager in Utrecht, as well as operational positions at Unilever and Wolfking. Mark holds an engineering degree in Food Technology, Technical Management, and Environmental Management from Universiteit Nyenrode and an education from Agrarische Hogeschool v/d KNBTB.
