Michael Bautista, CSPHR, CSSWB, currently serves as the Trustee-In-Charge for the Cebu Chapter of the People Management Association of the Philippines, where leadership focuses on nurturing student leadership and strengthening institutional linkages. As the Director of People and Culture at group.one, Michael partners with global leaders to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives and implement data-driven workforce planning models. Previous experience includes serving as the Regional Head of HR and CEO at Talleco, where a 200% workforce expansion was achieved during the COVID-19 pandemic, and various HR roles at Qualfon, Sykes, and Pejman Inc.
