Marianne la Cour has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Marianne currently serves as the Head of HR at Group Online A/S, where they are responsible for building up the HR department and driving all HR activities. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at DS NORDEN and KMD, where they provided HR advice and coaching to managers, facilitated various HR processes, and collaborated closely with stakeholders for organizational changes. Marianne also has experience in recruitment, having worked as a Recruitment Consultant at ALK Abelló, HR Manager at Deloitte Danmark, HR Consultant at NNIT, and Recruiting Specialist at Accenture. Marianne started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Jobii A/S and later worked as a Consultant and Research Manager at Right Job Match ApS and as a Researcher at Professionel Search P/S. Throughout their career, Marianne has demonstrated their expertise in HR management, recruitment, and organizational development.

Marianne la Cour obtained a Master's degree in Management Development (MMD) - Executive MBA Leadership from Copenhagen Business School from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Diploma of Leadership from Copenhagen Business Academy between 2010 and 2012. Their first academic qualification was an Academy Profession Degree in Leadership & Management from Copenhagen Business Academy, which they completed from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Marianne has obtained various certifications in leadership development, coaching approaches, change management, and other professional skills from different institutions and years.
