Mouna Lagha is currently employed as a Business Analyst at Group S since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a responsable d'équipe d'analystes fonctionnels et de chefs de projets SIRH at ADP from September 2014. Their experience includes managing functional analysis teams and HRIS project managers, overseeing project planning, KPI establishment, project monitoring, quality control, and adherence to deadlines. Mouna also actively participates in continuous improvement projects such as LEAN methodology, visual management, POD, and RPA. Their educational background includes a Maitrise IAG degree in Informatique from ESSEC Tunis.
