David R. Watters

David R. Watters is an experienced property manager and real estate agent with a proven track record in managing residential and multi-family rental properties. Since May 2011, David has managed all aspects of a 59-unit apartment complex at Colonial Manor Apartments LLC. In addition to this role, David has worked as a real estate agent with Atlantic Hudson Realty and Group Twenty Six Real Estate since 2015, helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties in New York and New Jersey. David also owns Colonial Property Group, which focuses on procuring and managing rental real estate.
