Olivia Huser

Olivia Huser is a Senior Prosci-certified strategist with over 20 years of extensive marketing, communications, and change management experience. Currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Change Management and Communications at Group 1001, Olivia directs IT-related change management strategies and employee communications related to technology transformation initiatives. Previously, Olivia held roles such as Senior Strategic Communications Advisor at Midcontinent Independent System Operator and Public Relations & Marketing Consultant at Indiana University Health, where significant achievements included securing major media placements and leading successful rebranding efforts. Olivia is also pursuing a Master's degree in Public Relations at Ball State University, having earned a BA in Telecommunications with minors in Spanish and Business.
