Wes Daughtry

Wes Daughtry is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as the Head of Actuarial Services for Life & Annuity and Vice President of Actuarial - Valuation and Reinsurance at Group 1001 since November 2021. Prior to this role, Wes held the position of Senior Modeling Actuary at Guggenheim Life and Annuity Company from March 2015 to November 2021. Wes's career also includes key actuarial positions at Ohio National Financial Services, where responsibilities included AVP of Annuity Product Management and AVP of Corporate Actuarial - Variable Annuity Financial Reporting, as well as a role at Western & Southern Financial Group. Wes began a professional career as an Actuarial Analyst at Wellpoint. Wes holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Western Kentucky University. Educational background includes attendance at Owensboro High School.
