Additionally, they were responsible for all phases and functions within the quality control program, including in-house tests, first article testing (FAT), source inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection on fabricated products, generating associated documentation, including NCR's (non-conformance reports) if necessary. Zack also designed and improved QC records for purchasing and receipt inspection of raw materials, and oversaw the purchasing and warehousing of all material used.

Zack Volkmann attended Central Washington University from 1999 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Operations Management Information Systems.
