Tom Heizer

Tom Heizer currently serves as the Head of Aftersales Marketing and Retention at Group 1 Automotive, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Tom was the Vice President of Sales at Epsilon from August 2023 to July 2025, and the Vice President of Sales & Business Development at OneRequest between January 2022 and June 2023, where Tom contributed to the strategic execution of a subscription-based car buying service start-up. Tom's extensive experience includes serving as Senior Vice President for Sales, Marketing, & Customer Success at GSM from February 2012 to January 2022, where Tom played a key role in organizational restructuring and rebranding. Earlier roles included management positions at Gulf States Toyota and Ford Motor Company, as well as leadership as President/CEO at the Rosenberg Richmond Chamber of Commerce. Tom holds an MBA from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a B.S. in Marketing from High Point University.
