Matthieu Rodrigues has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as the Head of Brand digital communication, social media, brand content, and influence at Groupama since January 2020. Rodrigues also has experience as the CEO & Founder of Weelob, a marketplace dedicated to connected objects, from January 2014 to December 2015.

Matthieu Rodrigues holds a Bachelor's degree in Webdesign/Webmarketing which they obtained from the ican institute from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they studied at the ESP institute from 2008 to 2010 and received a BTS degree in Communication des entreprises, specializing in Marketing, Communication, and Publicité. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Google Analytics from Google in 2019 and TOSA - Excel expert from TOSA in 2017.
