Antoine L'Hotelier

Antoine L'Hotelier serves as the Head of CRM & Loyalty at Groupe ADP since October 2024, overseeing the loyalty program "Extime Rewards" for Paris airports, managing a membership base of 3.1 million, and driving strategic development with partners. Previously, Antoine held the position of Directeur Digital & Innovation Booster at Lagardère Travel Retail France from February 2016 to June 2025, where responsibilities included executing a digital strategy aimed at enhancing customer experience. Antoine also managed the e-commerce site Relay.com, focusing on subscription growth. At Media-Participations, Antoine developed digital strategy as the Responsable WebMarketing for Groupe Rustica and enhanced online acquisition strategies at Neo@Ogilvy. Antoine began the career as a Traffic Manager at altima° after obtaining a Master’s degree in Marketing from IAE Lille.
