Ariane Hentzien

Ariane HENTZIEN has extensive experience in internal communication and human resources communication, currently serving as Chargée de communication interne / Communication RH at Groupe AGRICA since May 2008. In this role, Ariane HENTZIEN focuses on aligning communication with the company strategy and employee needs, overseeing the HR communication plan, managing the intranet, producing communication materials, and organizing events. Prior to this, Ariane HENTZIEN worked at AXA from September 2005 to April 2008 as a junior project manager in HR communication and as an internal communication officer, where responsibilities included organizing seminars and creating HR communication materials. Additionally, Ariane HENTZIEN gained experience as an assistant in internal communication at AIDES, contributing to the publication of an internal newsletter. Ariane HENTZIEN holds a Master's degree in Communication and Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Université Paris 13.
