Emmanuel Biboud

Emmanuel Biboud is an experienced IT and telecommunications procurement professional with over two decades in the field. Since June 2007, Emmanuel has served as Acheteur Senior IT, TELECOM & Frais Généraux at APICIL. Prior to this role, from 2002 to 2007, Emmanuel held the position of Responsable du Service Achat ADECCO WWIT and Responsable des Achats IT & Telecom at The Adecco Group, overseeing procurement for ADECCO IT SERVICES across locations in Lyon and Madrid, as well as for ADECCO FRANCE. Earlier in the career, from 1992 to 2002, Emmanuel worked at capricorn AUTOMOTIVE SAS as Responsable Informatique, where responsibilities included the implementation of IT policies and project management for various IT solutions such as ERP, GPAO, and telecommunications systems.
