Franck Vincens

Franck Vincens possesses extensive experience in legal and compliance management, currently serving as Directeur juridique et conformité at APICIL since October 2005. In this role, Franck oversees the compliance, legal, anti-money laundering, and fraud prevention activities of the Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing legal counsel, and managing litigation processes. Prior to APICIL, Franck held positions as Juriste instance at Groupe APRI and Juriste produit at IONIS. Educational qualifications include a Certificat d'expertise professionnel en management de la protection sociale from Sciences Po and a DEA in Droit Social from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
