Lucie Madec

Lucie Madec is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with comprehensive experience in recruitment, employee integration, career development, and payroll management. Currently serving as Chargée RH at Groupe Asten since September 2019, Lucie actively contributes to various HR functions under the guidance of the HR Director. Previous roles include HR Assistant at Institut polaire Paul Emile Victor, where Lucie supported training initiatives and recruitment processes, and Administrative Assistant at CASTEL and ABALONE TT BREST, managing contracts and billing. Lucie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from IAE de Brest and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, complemented by a BTS in Project Management.
