Aurore Vinolo has extensive experience in retail and training management, currently serving as Responsable formation at Groupe Beaumanoir since August 2013, overseeing a global workforce of 13,000 across multiple brands and locations. Aurore has held various roles within the company, including Responsable Back-office Retail, focusing on store operations and project management, as well as regional management positions. Prior experience includes flagship management at ETAM and an area manager role at AUBADE, along with foundational sales and management positions at Skis Rossignol, Decathlon, and Thomson Multimedia. Aurore holds a Bac+5 degree in Human Resources Management from IGS-RH and a Bac+4 in Business Management from Ecole Supérieure de Management en Alternance.
