David Marchal

David Marchal is a seasoned professional in human resources and banking, currently serving as DRH Adjoint at Groupe BPCE since January 2022, where responsibilities include the creation and management of the HR department for the Banques Populaires and Caisses d’Epargne and the launch of strategic HR initiatives. Prior to this role, David held several key positions at Banque Populaire Alsace Lorraine Champagne, including Directeur général adjoint overseeing HR and digital transformation. With extensive experience in managing large teams and driving organizational change, David has also contributed to various strategic projects, demonstrating leadership in HR development and operations throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades. David is pursuing a Certificat de Gestion Actif / Passif from ENSAE Paris while holding a Master en Management - Ingénierie Economique, Marketing from EM Strasbourg Business School.
