Dominique Rimokh

Dominique Rimokh has extensive experience in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as Responsable de programmes de développement pour cadres dirigeants et dirigeants at Groupe BPCE since August 2017. In this role, Dominique focuses on the design, facilitation, and management of development cycles and programs for executives and high-potential leaders, notably leading a successful management program in collaboration with EMLyon Business School. Prior to this, Dominique worked in various HR project roles at Groupe BPCE from 2002 to 2009, which included designing and deploying training offerings for managers, managing events, and creating a learning community for managers. Dominique holds a degree from Sciences Po Lyon and a DESS in Human Resources from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
