Luc Bessettes

Luc Bessettes currently serves as the Global Deputy CIO for Corporate Functions and global CIO Risk at Groupe BPCE, overseeing IT operations for Finance, Risk, Compliance, and HR with a budget of 250M€ and a staff of approximately 1500. Prior to this role, Bessettes held several key positions at Natixis, including Global CIO for Corporate Functions and Global Head of Risk, PnL & ALM IT, managing substantial teams and budgets in IT project management and information systems for various corporate functions. Earlier experience includes significant leadership roles at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, where responsibilities spanned IT strategy, architecture, and data management. Bessettes began the career at Morgan Stanley as an associate and has a degree from the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble.
