Nathalie Retter

Nathalie Retter has been a dedicated professional at Groupe BPCE since January 1990, holding various roles including Product Owner and Responsable de projets Distribution Bancaire, where management of a team of 80 individuals, including 8 commercial managers, has been a key responsibility. Nathalie played a significant role in establishing a remote sales unit for consumer credit. Previous experience includes serving as a Superviser of customer service with a team of 15 remote sales advisors and as a Client Advisor for both individuals and professionals. Additionally, from September 2000 to June 2007, Nathalie Retter contributed to the academic field as a Chargée d'enseignement at Université de Metz, teaching negotiation and sales via telephone, as well as commercial English. Nathalie holds a Licence de Langues Etrangères Appliquées from Université de Nancy 2 and a professionalization degree in banking techniques from ICN Business School.
