France Lefebvre began working at Barbara Personnel Inc. in October 1999 as a Conseillère en placement et ressources humaines until October 2009. France then transitioned to Brigil in October 2009, where France currently holds the positions of Coordonnatrice Administrative & Ressources humaines and Adjointe administrative au VP - Ressources Humaines. France Lefebvre studied Psychologie Générale at CEGEP de l'Outaouais and continued their education at Université du Qc from 1987 to 1990.
