Élise Roger

Élise Roger currently serves as Adjointe projet Directeur Industriel at Groupe BZ since March 2023. Prior to this role, Élise was Conseillère d'entreprise at Cerfrance Seine Normandie from January 2021 to February 2023, and held a position as Stagiaire en recherche et développement at Veragrow, where research focused on developing a stabilised oxygenated compost tea as an agricultural biostimulant. Earlier experience includes an internship at Inra, specializing in the characterization of sweet cherry varieties, as well as roles in agriculture and volunteering at various organizations. Élise holds an Engineering degree from UniLaSalle and a Master's degree in Biosciences from Université de Rouen, complemented by a scientific Baccalauréat from Saint Jean Baptiste de La Salle.
