Marielle Tokouzan

Marielle Tokouzani currently serves as the Assistant Manager in E-commerce at Groupe Casino in Montpellier since November 2018, having transitioned to academia after three years of alternating work in the same role. Responsibilities include managing a team of approximately twelve, overseeing stock management, ensuring quality customer service, preparing and delivering customer orders, and project management. Previous experience includes a commercial employee position where tasks involved customer orientation, handling complaints, payment processing, and order management. Additionally, Marielle Tokouzani completed a quality and safety assistant internship at Hyper U Villefranche de Lauragais, which involved conducting internal audits and updating safety protocols.
