Rafik KANOUN is an experienced executive with a diverse background in management across various industries. Currently serving as a Country Manager at Chari.co since July 2021, Rafik has also held multiple positions as a Directeur Général de Transition at Groupe Dislog, overseeing operations for HMI and Dislog Industrie Tunisie. Previous leadership roles include Directeur général at Monoprix Tunisie and Star Coaching, where Rafik founded the organization and became a certified professional coach. With extensive experience at Sancella Tunisie and Henkel, where Rafik held the position of Directeur Général in both Tunisia and Algeria, Rafik has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence. Rafik KANOUN's academic credentials include an Ingenieur degree from École Polytechnique and an Ingénieur degree in Génie chimique from ENSTA, as well as ongoing management training at IFMT.
