Hervé Masoero

Hervé Masoero is an experienced professional who has held various roles in program and project management within Nestlé for over three decades. Hervé has been instrumental in leading digital transformations, budget management, supplier performance management, and key contract negotiations for major accounts. Their responsibilities have focused on improving the quality of Nestlé's regional HR contact centers through global rollouts and strategic management. Additionally, Hervé has experience in service delivery management and has played a key role in the merge of two major IT organizations. Currently, Hervé serves as an IT Provider Manager and ServiceNow Platform Owner at Groupe E.
