Caroline Roques

Caroline Roques possesses extensive experience in the field of education and training, currently serving as Responsable formation and Chargée du développement des compétences at Groupe Gazechim since December 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Conseillère en formation at Intergros from November 2010 to December 2018, where responsibilities encompassed managing a portfolio of 200 companies, analyzing employment and training needs, and overseeing training plans. Caroline also has experience in project management and institutional relationships, having previously held positions at APF Formation as a stagiaire chargée de projet formation and at Association 13 pour tous as a Formatrice alphabétisation.
