Valentine Guymard

Valentine Guymard is an Ingénieur HSE at Groupe Gazechim since May 2021, responsible for integrating human factors into the group's HSE policy and launching a FOH initiative across multiple sites. Previous experience includes roles at Chemetall, where evaluations of risks and regulatory controls were implemented; Groupe Tolomei, focusing on safety culture and waste management; and BASF, which involved chemical risk assessments and safety audits. Additional internships in QHSE management provided insights into security culture for temporary workers, while early experiences with children's activities at equestrian centers developed skills in teamwork and management. Valentine Guymard holds an engineering degree in risk prevention from Polytech Grenoble and has educational roots in Polytech Lille.
