Vincent Villefranque

Vincent Villefranque is an experienced human resources professional with a background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Responsable RH at Groupe Gazechim since September 2022, Vincent previously held the position of Responsable rémunération et avantages sociaux (C&B) at Pierre Fabre Group from April 2012 to September 2022, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of the group's compensation policy. Earlier in their career, Vincent was HR Manager at Pierre Fabre Group, focusing on HR processes and organizational change, and held HR Officer positions at Collins Aerospace and Klarius, where duties encompassed employee training, legal studies, and employee relations.
