Youness Agni

Youness Agni possesses extensive experience in operational management and education. Currently serving as Responsabile Opérationnel at Groupe HOLDER since July 2018, Youness oversees production organization to enhance performance in safety, quality, and productivity. Simultaneously, Youness is a formative educator in management and financial communication at several institutions, including Ecole Internationale Tunon and MBway, while also engaging with students in various business modules at Ipac Bachelor Factory and Win Sport School. Prior experience includes a significant role as Directeur de centres de profits at Boulangeries PAUL, managing profitability across multiple locations, and an Officer in the French Army, leading support services. Youness holds a DTS in microbiology and a Master’s degree in Management from prestigious institutions.
